Das Berliner Konzept – Ein manualmedizinisches, sensomotorisches Konzept in der Klumpfußtherapie Unmittelbar nach Geburt werden die Klumpfüße schon mit speziellen Grifftechniken nach Bonnet-Dimeglio behandelt bzw. redressiert. Dieses geschieht sehr schonend, um die empfindlichen Füße nicht zu strapazieren. Nach jeder Behandlung wird zunächst ein Oberschenkelgips wie bei der Behandlung nach Ponseti in der jeweils erzielten Korrekturstellung angelegt (ärztliche Tätigkeit). Dieses erfolgt 1-2x pro Woche.
